       as alsoe for Divers other good Causes and valluable Consideracons mee
       thereunto especially moveing have Remised Released and for ever quit Claimed
       and by these p.rsents Doe [illegible] assignes fully Clearely and
       Absolutely Remise release and for ever quitt Claime unto the said Solomon
       Thomas in his Full and peaceable posession and seizin being and to his heires
       and assignes for Ever Al the estate Right Title Interest Claime and demand
       whatsoever w.ch I the said Thomas Taylor now have as w.ch I my heires or
       assignes att any time or times hereafter may have or ought to have of in or
       to all that the said Tract parcell or Divident of Land Called Island neck
       messuages Tenements Dwelling houses yards Barnes stables out houses
       Eddifices buildings Tobacco houses backsides gardens and orchards and all
       and singuler other the p.rmisses thereunto belonging or in any wise apptaining
       w.th theire and every of theire apptenances To have and to hold all and
       singuler the said Tract parcell Divident of Land and p.rmisses and every part &
       parcell thereof w.th theire and every of theire appurtenances unto the said
       Solomon Thomas his heires and Assignes for ever soe that neither I the
       said Thomas Taylor nor my heires nor any other person or persons for mee or
       in mine or theire name or names Right title or stead shall or may by any waies
       or meanes hereafter have Claime Challenge or Demand any right estate title
       Interest use posession or Reversion to off or in the aforesaid parcell or Divident of
       Land and p.rmisses or any part thereof But of and from all Action of right
       estate title Interest or demand thereunto or to any part thereof to bee had I
       the said Thomas Taylor and my heires and assignes bee Altogether barred and
       for Ever Excluded by these p.rsents In witnesse whereof I the said Thomas
       Taylor have hereunto sett my hand and seale Dated the eighth day of Aprill
       in the fifth yeare of the Dominion of the right hono.ble Charles absolute
       Lord and Proprietary of the province of Maryland and Avalon Lord Baron
       of Baltemore &c and in the yeare of our Lord god one thousand six hundred
       and Eighty
Signed sealed and delivered in the p.rsence of                  Thomas Taillor (sealed)

                            On the back side of the aforegoing Deed was thus written

May y.e 11.th 1680
       The w.thin written Deed was then acknowledged in open Court by the Hono.ble
       Thomas Taillor Esq.r To be his Act and deed to the uses therein mentioned

       This Indenture made the tenth day of Aprill in the fifth yeare of
       the Dominion of the Rtt hono.ble Charles Absolute Lord and Proprietary of the
       Province of Maryland and Avalon Lord Baron of Baltemore &c and in the yeare
       of our Lord god one thousand six hundred and Eighty Betweene Solomon Thomas
       of Calvert County in the Province of Maryland Plant.r Lawfull sonn and heire of
       Thomas Thomas late of Calvert County deceased of the one part and Robert Skinner
       of Calvert County aforesaid Marchant on the other part Whereas by a Certaine
       Inquisition Indented att St Leonards Creeke in Calvert County in his Lordshipps said
       province of Maryland the Eleaventh day of December in the fortieth yeare of the
       Dominion of the Right Hono.ble Cæcilius of most noble memory and in the yeare of our
       One Thousand six hundred seaventy and one Before Thomas Sprigg and Richard Perry
       gentl by vertue of his Lopps Comission in the nature of a writt of Mandamus to
       them directed and to the said Comission annexed To Enquire after the death of
