       Thomas Lomax Manifest Erro.r happened to the greater dammage of the said Richard Walker
       as by the greatt Complaint of the said Richard wee have Received Wee willing That the Erro.rs
       (if any bee) should in due manner bee corrected and full and speedy Justice to bee done to the
       said parties in this behalfe Doe command you that the Record and proces of the said Judgm.t
       w.th all things touching the same before our Justices of our Provinciall Court to bee held att
       our Citty of Saint Maries the Eighth day of October next under your hands & seales
       distinctly and openly you send That Inspeccon being had of y.e Record and proceedings therein
       wee may Cause further to bee done what of Right and according to the Lawes and Consitucons of
       this province Ought to bee done therein And that you have there this writt Witnesse our
       selfe att our Citty of Saint Maries the Twenty eighth day of September in the fourth     
       yeare of our Dominion &c.a Annoq Domini One thousand six hundred seaventy nine

                            Att which said Eighth day of October in the yeare aforesaid The Comiss.rs
                            of the said Saint Maryes County Court To his Lordshipps Justices of
                            the provinciall Court att the Citty of Saint Maryes the Transcript of
                            the Records of the proceedings & Judgm.t of the said Saint Maries County
                            Court have sent According as by the said writt they were Comanded under
                            the hand of The Clerke of the said Court the teno.r whereof followeth
                            in these words (Viz)

       Charles absolute Lord and proprietary of the Provinces of Maryland and Avalon Lord Baron of
       Baltemore &c To the sheriffe of Saint Maryes County Greeting wee comand you that yo.u take the
       body of Richard Walker and himselfe keepe soe that you have his body before of Justices of
       our County Court to bee held att New towne on the first Tuesday in August next To answere
       unto Thomas Lomax in a plea of trespas on the Case Hereof faile not att your perrill
       and have you there this Writt Given under the seale of our said County the seaventh
       day of June in the third yeare of our Dominion &c.a Annoq Domini One thousand six
       hundred seaventy Eight                        Vera Copia John Mantey Clke

                                  Att a Court held att Newtowne for the R.t Hono.ble the Lord Proprietary &
                                  for the County of Saint Maries On the first Tuesday in September Annoq

       Maryland fs   Richard Walker was Attached to answere unto Thomas Lomax in a plea
                            of Trespas on the Case for that the said Walker did Transport Richard
                            Hart late of this County out of this Province Contrary to an Act of
                            Assembly made and provided in that Case Anno One thousand six hundred
                            seaventy foure

       Whereupon the said Thomas Lomax in his owne prop person sayth that Whereas the said
       Richard Hart stands indebted to him for Attorneyes Fees the sume of seaven hundred pounds
       of Tobacco as by acco.t here in Court produced will more plainely appeare & Whereas the said
       Richard Walker some time in the Moneth of February or March One thousand six hundred
       seaventy seaven did by Lending the said Richard Hart his Boate transporte the said Hart
       out of this Province to the deceiveing and defrauding of his Creditors of theire Just debts Contrary
       to an Act of Assembly in that case made & provided made Anno One thousand six hundred seaventy
       foure And although the said Thomas the said sume of seaven hundred hundred pounds
       of Tobacco of him the said Richard Walker hath often demanded Yet hee hath hither to &
