       And haveing soe done either to keep and mannage the said Lands or otherwise sell & dispose
       of the same as may bee more for the said Contitnants advantage and to that end to make
       and Execute or cause all needfull & necessary writeings and Instruments Whatsoever
       to bee made and executed And upon the recoveries and receipts to make and give due
       acquittance and discharge Giveing and by these p.rsents to appeare (if need bee)
       for him and his person to Represent in all Courts and before all Lords Judges & Justices
       And to doe say pursue Implead seize sequester Attach arrest Imprison and
       to Condemne and out of prison againe when need shall bee, to deliver, Likewise
       One Attorney or more with Like or Limitted Power under him to make and substitute
       and at his pleasure againe to Revoke And Generally in and Concerning y.e p.rmisses
       and the dependences thereof To doe say Transact and accomplish all & whatsoev.r
       The said Constitnant himself might or Could doe personally although the matter
       required more speciall authority then herein is comprized And the said Constitnant
       doth hereby promise to have and hold for good firme and of vallue for ever all
       and Whatsoever his said Attorney and his Substitutes shall Lawfully doe &
       procure to bee done in and about the premisses by virtue of these p.rsents In
       Witnesse whereof the said Contitnant hath hereunto putt his hand and seale

       This Indenture made the Two and twentieth day of Septemb.r Anno
       Dom 1675 and in the Seaven and Twentieth yeare of the Reigne of our soveraigne Lord Charles
       the Second by the grace of God King of England Scotland France and Ireland defend.r
       of the Faith &c Between William Dunkerton late of Baltemore County in the
       Province of Maryland in or neare Virginia and now of London Merchant of the one
       party and Robert Hawkins Late of the said County and Province and now of London
       Roapmaker of the other party Whereas the said William Dunkerton doth owe and is
       Indebted unto the said Robert Hawkins One hundred and thirty pounds of Lawfull Money
       of England to bee paid in such manner and forme as hereafter in these presents is expressed
       Now this Indure witnesseth that the said William Dunkerton for and in Consideracon
       of the better security and more sure payment to bee made to the said Robert Hawkins
       of the said summe of One hundred and thirty pounds soe due and oweing to him as
       aforesaid Hath granted bargained sould aliened enfeoffed and Confirmed and by these
       presents Doth Grant bargaine sell alien Enfeoffe and confirme unto the said Robert
       Hawkins All that parcell of Land called Colletton Containing by estimacon seaven
       hundred acres more or Lesse scituate Lyeing and being on the east side of Chesepiak
       Bay in the said County of Baltemore and also all that parcell of Land called the Triumph
       Tryangle Containing by estimacon One hundred and fifty acres scituate lyeing &
       being on the Easterne of Chesipiak Bay aforesaid in the said County of Baltemore
       and also all that parcell of Land called the Triumph Containing by estimacon five
       hundred acres more or lesse scituate lyeing and being in Elke River in the said
       County of Baltemore and also all that parcell of Land called the Two Necks In
       the said County of Baltemore Containing by estimacon six hundred acres more
       or Lesse All which said Lands the said William Dunkerton Lately bought
       and purchased of the said Robert Hawkins by seaverall Deeds of bargaine and
       Sale acknowledged in Baltemore County before Cap.t Thomas Howell and Mr
       James Fresby May the 30.th 1673 and entered upon Record in the said County in Liber
       B folio 173 179 184 190)  And the Buttings and boundings of the same Lands
