LAWS OF MARYLAND 1975

MARYLAND, Sct.:

At a Session of the General Assembly of Maryland, begun
and held in the City of Annapolis on the
Eighth Day of January, 1975, and Ending on the
Seventh Day of April, 1975, Marvin Mandel,
being Governor of the State, the following
laws were enacted, to wit:

CHAPTER 1

(Senate Bill 121)

AN ACT concerning

Interest and Usury - Points

FOR the purpose of permitting a lender to charge points
on [[a conventional mortgage loan]] certain mortgage
loans under certain circumstances, and providing
that this Act is in part an emergency measure.

BY repealing and re—enacting, with amendments,
