the Charles County Volunteer Rescue Squad Association and
three of whom shall be appointed by the Governor. The
members of the board shall serve without compensation for
terms of four years each with vacancies to be filled in
the same manner as the original membership was filled.
[Providing further that] FURTHER, the initial term of the
member appointed by the Charles County Rescue Squad
Association shall be for two years.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1974.

FOR the purpose of requiring the County Volunteer
Firemen's Association to submit a report on
compliance with its standards to the County
Commissioners and the Board of Fire and Rescue

clarifying the language therein.

BY repealing and re-enacting, with amendments.

be and it is hereby repealed and re—enacted, with
