therefore, be it

RESOLVED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF. MARYLAND, That
the Honorable Rogers C. B. Morton, Secretary of the
Interior, is hereby requested to adopt the policy and
practice of supplying all purchasers of wild waterfowl
stamps in the State of Maryland with a booklet or list of
all Federal regulations relating to the hunting, taking
and disposition of wild waterfowl, this booklet or list
to be supplied by the seller of the stamps at the time of
sale; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution be sent to
the Honorable Rogers C. B. Morton, Secretary of the
United States Department of the Interior, 19th and C
Streets, N.W., Washington, D. C, 20240.

(Senate Joint Resolution 18)
A Senate Joint Resolution concerning

Commission on Judicial Reform

FOR the purpose of requesting the Governor to extend the
term of the Commission on Judicial Reform.

WHEREAS, The General Assembly, during the 1972
Regular Session, enacted Senate Bill 873, establishing a
Commission on Judicial Reform; and

WHEREAS, The Governor vetoed Senate Bill 873 and
established a Commission on Judicial Reform by Executive
Order dated June 28, 1972, with broad-based
representation from the Judiciary, Legislature, and the
public; and

WHEREAS, The Commission has performed valuable
service and has made great contributions in the area of
judicial reform and court administration; and

WHEREAS, More time and study are still needed to
complete the work of the Commission; and

WHEREAS, The term of the Commission expires on April
15, 1974; now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF MARYLAND, That
