MARVIN MANDEL, Governor 2911 (C) THE ADMINISTRATION SHALL FILE EACH APPLICATION RECEIVED AND, WHEN SATISFIED THAT THE APPLICANT IS ENTITLED TO REGISTRATION. SHALL REGISTER THE BICYCLE DESCRIBED AND KEEP A RECORD OF THE REGISTRATION IS SUCH A (D) THE ADMINISTRATION, WHEN REGISTERING A BICYCLE, SHALL ISSUE A REGISTRATION CARD TO THE OWNER CONTAINING THE DATE OF ISSUANCE, THE NAME AND ADDRESS OF THE OWNER, THE REGISTRATION NUMBER ASSIGNED TO THE BICYCLE, AND A DESCRIPTION OF THE BICYCLE. (E) EACH BICYCLE REGISTRATION AND EACH RENEWAL REGISTRATION, UNLESS RENEWED WITHIN 60 DAYS OF EXPIRATION, SHALL BE REMOVED FROM THE FILES AT THE DISCRETION OF THE ADMINISTRATOR. NO PERSON MAY THROW ANY OBJECT AT OR IN THE 11-1206.2. (A) A BICYCLE MAY NOT BE SECURED TO THE FOLLOWING; (1) A FIRE HYDRANT, POLICE OR FIRE CALL BOX, OR TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICE; (2) ANY POLE, METER OR DEVICE LOCATED WITHIN A BUS (3) ANY POLE, METER OR DEVICE WITHIN 25 FEET OF (4) ANY POLE, METER OR DEVICE UPON WHICH NOTICE (5) ANY PLACE WHERE THE SECURING OF A BICYCLE MOULD OBSTRUCT OR IMPEDE VEHICULAR TRAFFIC OR PEDESTRIAN (F) EACH APPLICATION FOR A BICYCLE REGISTRATION (G) EACH BICYCLE REGISTERED SHALL EITHER POSSESS 11-1206.1.
