proper. Every measurement shall be taken from inside to
inside. The dimensions shall as follows:

(1)    Half bushel tub-—15 inches across the top, 13
inches across the bottom, and 17 inches diagonally from
the inside chime to the top;

(2)    Bushel tub—[16 1/2] SIXTEEN AND ONE-HALF
inches across the bottom, 18 inches across the top, and
21 inches diagonally from the inside chine to the top;

(3)    Bushel and a half tub—18 inches across the
bottom, 19 inches across the top, and 24 inches
diagonally from the inside chime to the top; and

(4)    Three bushel tub—22 inches across the bottom,
24 inches across the top, and 29.26 inches diagonally
from the inside chine to the top.

All oysters measured in the shell as required by
this section shall be even measure to the top of the tub
only.

(b) Due to the quantity of water contained in
measures of newly shucked oysters, any proprietor or
manager of a plant, house, or establishment shall measure
oysters as received from the shuckers in a special gallon
cup which contains no more than [nine] 9 pints. Any
device other than this [nine] 9 pint gallon cup may not
be used to measure any oysters received from shuckers. A
Natural Resources Police officer shall stamp every [nine]
9 pint gallon measure used in measuring newly shucked
oysters. A proprietor or manager of any house, plant, or
establishment which shucks oysters shall have every
[nine] 9 pint gallon measure stamped.

4-1020.

(a)    An inspection tax of [five] 5 cents per bushel
shall be levied [upon] ON any oyster caught in the waters
of the State, unloaded from vessels at the place in the
State where the oysters are no further shipped in bulk by
vessel. The oyster buyer shall pay this tax weekly to
the Department.

(b)   An inspection tax of [one] 1 cent per bushel
shall be levied upon oysters caught outside the waters of
the state and imported into the State. The oyster buyer
shall pay this tax at the point where the oysters are to
be shipped no further in bulk. The buyer shall pay this
tax weekly to the Department.

(c)    A separate permit shall be obtained for
shipping each cargo, truckload, or other consignment of
