AN ACT concerning

Pensions

FOR the purpose of providing a [[program for voluntary
retirement for members of the Employees' Retirement
System]] procedure permitting members of the
Employees' Retirement System over a certain age to
continue to be employed by the State and creating
the Maryland Employees Retirement Review Board to
administer [[the program]] a portion of the
procedure.

BY repealing and re—enacting, with amendments.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 11(1) (a) and (b) of Article 73B -
Pensions, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1970
Replacement Volume and 1973 Supplement) be and it is
hereby repealed and re—enacted, with amendments, to read
as follows:

Article 73B — Pensions
