In unit 115 on page 2 of the third reading file copy of the bill, imme-
diately after the word "FACILITIES.", insert the following: DURING
THE EFFECTIVE PERIOD OF THIS SUBSECTION (C-l), AND
THEREAFTER, NO OIL REFINERY MAY BE CONSTRUCTED IN
ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY WITHOUT THE APPROVAL OF THE
GENERAL ASSEMBLY."
