EXTRAORDINARY SESSION

Annapolis, Maryland, Friday, November 9, 1973.
STATE OF MARYLAND TO WIT:

This being the day prescribed by the Proclamation of the Governor
of Maryland, for the meeting of the General Assembly of Maryland, in
Special Session, at 12:00 o'clock noon, Oden Bowie, Secretary of the Senate
for the preceding Session, called the Senate to order.

Prayer was offered by the Reverend James F. Madison of Annapolis,
Maryland.
