Senate Bill No. 8—By the President (Administration):
AN ACT concerning

Financial Disclosure

FOR the purpose of requiring the disclosure of certain assets, liabilities,
income, gifts, and other interests by certain State officials and certain
candidates for State office, creating the Financial Disclosure Advis-
ory Board and providing for its composition, powers, and responsi-
bilities, providing for the enforcement of disclosure requirements,
requesting the Court of Appeals to require disclosure by judges of
the State courts, authorizing the political subdivisions to enact
public financial disclosure requirements for certain officials, and re-
lating generally to public financial disclosure.
