AMENDMENTS TO HOUSE BILL NO. 15
By Delegate Weidemeyer offered from floor:
Amendment No. 1—

In lines 3 through 15 of the title on page 1 of the first reader, strike
everything beginning with the word "requiring" in line 3 down to and
including the word "disclosure" in line 15, and strike all amendments and
additions thereto and insert in lieu thereof the following:

"abolishing the law requiring financial disclosure by public officials".

Amendment No. 2—

In lines 22 through 26 on page 1 of the first reader, strike everything,
and strike all amendments and additions thereto.

Amendment No. 3—

In lines 5 through 47 on page 2 of the first reader, strike everything, and
strike all amendments and additions thereto.

Amendment No. 4—

In lines 1 through 43 on page 3 of the first reader, strike everything,
and strike all amendments and additions thereto.

Amendment No. 5—

In lines 1 through 48 on page 4 of the first reader, strike everything, and
strike all amendments and additions thereto.

Amendment No. 6—

In lines 1 through 45 on page 5 of the first reader, strike everything, and
strike all amendments and additions thereto.

Amendment No. 7—

In lines 1 through 47 on page 6 of the first reader, strike everything, and
strike all amendments and additions thereto.
