In line 2 of Amendment No. 2 of the mimeographed set of Committee
amendments, strike out "29-11" and insert in lieu thereof "29-12".

Amendment No. 3—

In line 2 of Amendment No. 3 of the mimeographed set of Committee
amendments, strike out "29-11" and insert in lieu thereof "29-12".

Amendment No. 4—

Following line 10 of Amendment No. 54 of the mimeographed set of
Committee amendments, insert the following:

"28-12.

ALL OF THE PROVISIONS OF THE FOREGOING SECTIONS,
TO THE EXTENT THEY ARE CONSISTENT WITH THIS SEC-
TION, SHALL APPLY TO ANY OWNER, OFFICER, PARTNER,
