Amendment No. 1—

Following line 33 on page 7 of the printed bill, insert the following:

"(G) A LIST OF ALL MEMBERS OF THE IMMEDIATE FAM-
ILY OF THE PERSON MAKING THE STATEMENT REQUIRED
BY THIS SUBTITLE WHO ARE EMPLOYED BY THE STATE IN
ANY CAPACITY, FOR THE PURPOSE OF THIS PARAGRAPH,
THE TERM "IMMEDIATE FAMILY" INCLUDES ONLY
SPOUSE AND DEPENDENT CHILDREN."

thereof the following:

"THE GOVERNOR, BY EXECUTIVE ORDER, SHALL RE-
QUIRE ANY PERSON HOLDING ANY STATE POSITION THE
SALARY FOR WHICH IS $25,000 OR MORE AND WHICH IS
COMPENSATED IN WHOLE OR IN PART BY PUBLIC FUNDS
TO FILE A STATEMENT OF FINANCIAL INTEREST IN AC-
CORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF THIS SUBTITLE."

Amendment No. 2—

In line 4 of Amendment No. 1 of the mimeographed set of Committee
amendments strike out the word "authorizing" and insert in lieu thereof
