(F) THE ATTORNEY GENERAL SHALL NOT INSTITUTE
ANY ACTION FOR AN INJUNCTION WHERE, PRIOR TO OR
WITHIN FIFTEEN DAYS OF THE RECEIPT OF THE ATTOR-
NEY GENERAL'S NOTICE, THE PERSON ALLEGED TO BE IN
VIOLATION OF THE PROVISIONS OF THIS SUBTITLE SOUGHT
AN ADVISORY OPINION FROM THE FINANCIAL DISCLOSURE
ADVISORY BOARD WITH RESPECT TO SUCH MATTER AND,
THEREAFTER, WITHIN THIRTY DAYS OF THE ISSUANCE OF
THE BOARD'S ADVISORY OPINION, COMPLIED IN FULL
THEREWITH."

Amendment No. 10—

On page 1 of the Committee amendments, Amendment No. 2, Section
C, line 4, strike out beginning with the first comma down to and including
the word "time" the second time it appears in line 6.

Which amendment was read and adopted.

Amendment No. 11—

On page 2 of the Committee amendments, Amendment No. 2, delete in its
entirety Section (F) and insert in lieu thereof:

"(F) FOR THE PURPOSES OF THIS SUBTITLE A FILING
OF THE FINANCIAL DISCLOSURE STATEMENT WITH THE
PERSON OR AGENCY OF THE STATE OR LOCAL GOVERN-
