SOUTH SIDE OF MOUNTAIN ROAD; THENCE EASTERLY 120' ± TO
THE PLACE OF BEGINNING.

(59) MAP NO. V12 BE, AND IT IS HEREBY AMENDED AS
FOLLOWS, SAID AMENDMENT BEING DESIGNATED ON SAID MAP

COUNTY ROAD AND CHELSEA BEACH SUBDIVISION AND RUNNING
WITH SAID LINE, AS NOW SURVEYED, NORTH 28 DEGREES 03
MINUTES 10 SECONDS EAST 400.95 FEET TO INTERSECT THE
SOUTH 55 DEGREES 30 MINUTES EAST 1200 FOOT LINE
DESCRIBED IN THE CONVEYANCE BY SAMUEL 0. HALL AND WIFE
