1972, CHAPTER 637 - Bowling Green and Robert's Place Tax Area

STATE ADMINISTRATIVE BOARD OF ELECTION LAWS
ANNAPOLIS, MARYLAND

Pursuant to the provisions of Section 23-11 of the Article 33 of the
Annotated Code of Maryland, the State Administrative Board of Election Laws
does hereby certify that at a Special Election held in part of Election District 6,
Precinct 6, of Allegany County on July 18, 1972, an Act known as Chapter 637
was submitted to the voters thereof under the provisions of said Chapter 637 of the
Acts of 1972, said Act being as follows:

AN ACT to add new Sections 16A, 16B, 16C, 16D and 16E to the Code of
Public Local Laws of Allegany County (1963 Edition, being Article 1 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland), title "Allegany County," to follow
immediately after Section 16 thereof, and to be under a new subtitle "Bowling
Green and Robert's Place Special Taxing Area," to establish a new special taxing
area in Allegany County, providing for the powers, duties, and functions of this
special taxing area and for the duties of the Board of County Commissioners of
Allegany County in relation thereto, and generally relating thereto AND
PROVIDING FOR A REFERENDUM ON THE PROVISIONS OF THIS
ACT.

AND IT IS HEREBY CERTIFIED that at said election, 123 votes were cast
for the adoption of said Chapter 627 and 72 votes were cast against the adoption
of said Chapter 637, the said Chapter 637 of the Acts of 1972 has therefore been
ratified by the qualified voters of part of Election District 6, Precinct 6, of
Allegany County.

GIVEN Under My Hand and the Seal of the State Administrative Board
of Election Laws of the State of Maryland, Done at the City of Annapolis, this
31st day of July, In the Year of Our Lord, One Thousand, Nine Hundred and
Seventy-two.

1972, CHAPTER 713-Queen Anne's County Commissioners
STATE ADMINISTRATIVE BOARD OF ELECTION LAWS

ANNAPOLIS, MARYLAND

Pursuant to the provisions of Section 23-11 of Article 33 of the Annotated Code
of Maryland, the State Administrative Board of Election Laws does hereby certify
that at the General Election held in the State of Maryland on November 7, 1972,
an Act known as Chapter 713 of the Acts of 1972 was submitted to the voters of
Queen Anne's County under the provisions of said Chapter 713 of the Acts of
1972, said Act being as follows:
