TIONS, CONTRACTS OR OTHER DOCUMENTS SHALL BE
DEEMED TO MEAN THE STATE AVIATION ADMINISTRA-
TION OF THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION, AS
SUCCESSOR TO THE FRIENDSHIP INTERNATIONAL AIR-
PORT AUTHORITY; AND THE STATE AVIATION ADMIN-
ISTRATION SHALL BE THE LEGAL SUCCESSOR OF THE
AUTHORITY FOR ALL PURPOSES.

(D) ALL RENTALS, REVENUES, FEES AND ALL OTHER
MONIES HELD BY OR PAYABLE TO THE FRIENDSHIP
INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT AUTHORITY SHALL BE TRANS-
FERRED OR MADE PAYABLE TO THE STATE AVIATION
ADMINISTRATION OF THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPOR-
TATION.

Sec. 8 14. And be it further enacted, That, CHAPTER 587 OF
THE LAWS OF MARYLAND OF 1969 AUTHORIZING THE
FRIENDSHIP INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT PURCHASE LOAN
OF 1969 BE AND IT IS HEREBY REPEALED AND THAT if
any portion (word, sentence, paragraph, proviso or section) of this
Act shall be held invalid for any reason, the remaining provisions
shall remain in full force and effect, and such invalid portion shall
be considered severed and deleted from this Act.

Sec. 9 15. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1972 EXCEPT THAT SECTION 10 AND 11 OF THIS
ACT SHALL NOT TAKE EFFECT UNTIL THE DATE OF
TRANSFER OF TITLE TO THE LAND AND IMPROVEMENTS
COMPRISING FRIENDSHIP INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT
FROM THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF BALTIMORE TO
THE STATE OF MARYLAND.
