several sections of this Ordinance if any provision thereof is held
invalid, to provide that this Ordinance shall become effective only-
after said Subtitle and zoning maps are adopted and become
effective and the existing zoning laws are repealed in each zoning
district; and matters generally related thereto.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the County Council of Anne Arundel
County, Maryland, That Section 13-303.4 (d) of the Anne Arundel
County Code (1967 Edition and Supplements), Title 13, "Planning
and Zoning", Subtitle 3, "Alternate Zoning Regulations", Article III,
"Residential Districts", Heading, "RA—Agricultural Residential Dis-
tricts" (as enacted by Bill No. 18-70, and as added or amended) be,
and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to read
as follows:

Section 13-303.4

(d) The side or rear building line of each lot shall be not less
than fifty feet (50') from aw abutting major arterial roadway.

Section 2. And be it further enacted, That Section 13-304.3 (d)
of said Code, Title, Subtitle and Article, Heading, "Rl—Residential
Districts" be, and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amend-
ments, to read as follows:

Section 13-304.3

(d) The side or rear building line of each lot shall be not less
than fifty feet (50') from an abutting major arterial roadway.

Section 3. And be it further enacted, That Section 13-305.3 (d)
of said Code, Title, Subtitle and Article, Heading, "R2—Residential
Districts" be, and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amend-
ments, to read as follows:

Section 13-305.3

(d) The side or rear building line of each lot shall be not less
than forty feet (40') from an abutting major arterial roadway.

Section 4. And be it further enacted, That Section 13-306.4 (d)
of said Code, Title, Subtitle and Article, Heading, "R5—Residential
Districts" be, and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amend-
ments, to read as follows:

Section 13-306.4

(d) The side or rear building line of each lot shall be not less
than thirty-five feet (350 from an abutting major arterial roadway.

Section 5. And be it further enacted, That Section 13-327.2 (d)
(2) of said Code, Title and Subtitle, Article VIII, "Off-Street Parking"
(as enacted by Bill No. 44-70, and as added or amended) be and it is
hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:
