A BILL
ENTITLED
An Act to add new Section 199A to the Code of Public Local Laws
of Kent County (1967 Edition and 1970 Supplement, being Article 15
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland), title "Kent County,"
subtitle "County Commissioners," to follow immediately after Sec-
tion 199 thereof, to provide for additional disbursements by the Board
of County Commissioners to certain volunteer fire companies in Kent
County.
Section 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COM-
MISSIONERS OF KENT COUNTY, MARYLAND, That new Section 199A
be and it is hereby added to the Code of Public Local Laws of Kent County
(1967 Edition and 1970 Supplement, being Article 15 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland), title "Kent County," subtitle "County
Commissioners" to follow immediately after Section 199 thereof and to
read as follows:
199A. The County Commissioners of Kent County are hereby author-
ized and directed to pay each and every year the sum of Eighteen Hundred
($1,800.00) Dollars over and above the sums already paid to Volunteer
Fire Companies which provide ambulance service in the County, and the
