A BILL
ENTITLED
An Act to add a new Section 190A to the Code of Public Local
Laws of Kent County (1967 Edition and 1970 Supplement, being
Article 15 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland), title
"Kent County," subtitle "County Commissioners," to follow imme-
diately after Section 190 thereof, to provide for a quorum for the
Commissioners and to provide for the adoption of rules of procedures.
Section 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COM-
MISSIONERS OF KENT COUNTY, MARYLAND, That a new Section
190A be and it is hereby added to the Code of Public Local Laws of Kent
County (1967 Edition and 1970 Supplement, being Article 15 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland), title "Kent County," subtitle "County
Commissioners," to follow immediately after Section 190 thereof and to
read as follows:
