(House Bill 415)

AN ACT to add new Section 150B to Article 23 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1966 Replacement Volume and 1970 Supple-
ment), title "Corporations," subtitle "III. Particular Classes of
Corporations," subheading "Associations," to follow immediately
after Section 150A thereof to provide for notice to new depositors
in free share accounts of associations, that their accounts are
not insured by the Federal Savings and Loan Insurance Corpora-
tion or the Maryland Savings-Share Insurance Corporation if
that be the situation.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That new Section 150B be and it is hereby added to Article 23 of
the Annotated Code of Maryland (1966 Replacement Volume and
1970 Supplement), title "Corporations," subtitle "III. Particular
Classes of Corporations," subheading "Associations," to follow
immediately after Section 150A and to read as follows:

150B.

On or after July 1, 1971, all new depositors in free share accounts
of associations in this State not insured by the Federal Savings and
Loan Insurance Corporation or the Maryland Savings-Share Insur-
ance Corporation to the maximum limit prescribed by law, will be
advised in writing at the time of their initial deposit that their
accounts are not insured by the Federal Savings and Loan Insurance
Corporation or the Maryland Savings-Share Insurance Corporation.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1971.

(House Bill 431)

AN ACT to add new Section 134A to the Code of Public Local Laws
of Charles County (1969 Edition, being Article 9 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland), title "Charles County", to follow
immediately after Section 134 thereof, to be under the new sub-
title "Dogs", to provide that licenses for dogs in Charles County
shall not be issued without proof of inoculation for rabies within
a certain period of timer, TO PROVIDE FOR ANNUAL RABIES
CLINICS TO BE HELD BY THE CHARLES COUNTY HEALTH
DEPARTMENT, AND TO PROVIDE FOR PUBLIC DISTRIBU-
TION OF RABIES VACCINE TO ANIMAL OWNERS AT A
NOMINAL COST.
