AND it is hereby certified that at said election 4,089 votes were
cast for the adoption of said Chapter 652, and 2,495 votes were cast
against the adoption of said Chapter 652, the said Chapter 652 of the
Acts of 1970 has therefore been ratified by the qualified voters of
Charles County.
