684 Adventure lying and being in Prince Georges County aforesaid containing one hundred and Ten Acres More or less Also all that tract or parcell of Land called Lauder Haughs lying and being ^on the side of the Eastern most Branch of Potomack in^ in Prince Georges County aforesaid containing Twenty Acres more or Less also all that Tract or parcell of Land lying and being in Prince Georges County aforesaid Whereon Stands the Houses of the said John Row in the town of Bladensburgh consisting of Five Lotts in the said Town And Also all that Tract of or Parcell of Land lying and being in Frederick County in the town of George Town containing one Improved Lot Together with all Edifices Buildings Improvements Gardens Orchards Woods Under Woods Timber Trees Ways Waters Warter courses Easements Proffits Commodities Advantages Emoluments and Appurtenances Whatsoever to the said Lands and Premisses and every of them belonging or deemed to belong or in any wise appertaining or deemed to Appertain And the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues and Profits thereof and all the Estate Right Title and Interest Use Trust Property Claim and Demand Whatsoever of him the said John Row either in Law or Equity of in or to the same or any part or parcell thereof And also the Crop now growing on the Land where the said John Row now dwells and the following Stock and Household furniture To wit Twenty two Sheep of different Marks the right Ears of the Lambs Cropped Fourteen Black Cattle Marked with an under Bit and upper Bit in Both Ears Twenty Hoggs the right Ears Cropt only three have the lift Cropt One Grey mare seven years old a Grey Horse five years and a large b^a^y Horse ten years old a Sorrel Mare ten years old a White Horse Nine years old blind of one Eye one Iron Grey Horse five years old a Sorrel Horse Sixteen years old a black mare Nineteen years old with the Increase of the said Sheep Black Cattle Hoggs and Mares And also a Chair with two Sets of Harness Six silver Table spoons half a dozen Knives and forks Eleven silver Tea spoons and a pair of Tea Tongs four feather Beds three pair of Blankins a Quilt a Courter payne a walnut Couch a Walnut Bedstead & a looking Glass a Lamp a Corner Cupboard & two presses at M.r Hendersons Together with the following Eleven Negroe Slaves (that) |
