674 Hundred Acres of Land more or Less Called and Known by the Name of Golden Grove To have and to hold the aforesaid Premisses with the Appurtenances to the Robe^r^t Dixon his Executors Administrators from the First Day of January which Shall be in the Year of our Lord seventeen hundred and sixty six for and During the Term of Twenty one years thence next ensuing and fully to be compleat and Ended Yeilding & paying therefore yearly and every year for the first Three years only the Quit Rents of the said Land and for the Remaining Eighteen Years Yeilding and Paying such Quit Rents as aforesaid as also the Sum of Thirty two Pounds Sterling Yearly and every Year as Aforesaid for the Remaining Eighteen Years Aforesaid unto the said Richard Darnall & Bennett Darnall their Heirs and Assignes and the said Robert Dixon doth Herby for himself his Executors Administrators and Assigns Covenant Premise and A Gree to & with the said Richard & Bennett their Heirs and Assignes in the Manner Following (That is to Say) That he the said Robert Dixon his Executors Administrators and Assigns Shall and will well and truly Pay or Cause to be paid unto the Said Richard & Bennett their Heirs & Assigns the Several Rents as Aforesaid herby and in the Manner and at the Times Aforesaid Reserved to be paid to them or theirs and also that he the said Robert Dixon his Executors or Administrators at any Time During the Continuance of this Present Demise shall not nor will Grant Bargain Sell Lett demise Assign or otherwise Transfer or Part with the said herby Demised Premisses on ^or^ any Part or Parcell thereof or the present Lease term or Estate in the Premisses to any Person or Persons Whatsoever without the Licence or Consent in Writing of the said Richard & Bennett their Heirs and Assigns first had and obtained for the Purpose Except Three hundred Acres of Land Part of the Tract Aforesaid to be tenanted by him the said Robert Dixon his Heirs or Assignes as he or they shall think Proper and that he the said Robert Dixon his Executors Administrators and Assigns Shall and will at the End Experation or other Sooner Determination of this Present Demise which Shall first happen Lease Surrender & yield up unto the said Richard |
