Jonathan Willson and his Heirs or any claiming by from or under him them or any of them shall and will for ever hereafter Warrant and Defend In Witness whereof the said Jonathan Willson hath to these Presents set his Hand and Affixed his Seal the day and year first above Written Signed Sealed and Delivered in Presence of Jon.a Willson seal John Darnall On the Back of the Afforegoing Deed was thus Written viz.t May 9.th 1765 Rece.d of William Willson Then sum of Five Shillings Sterling in full for the Consideration of the Within Deed P Testis John Darnall Jon.a Willson Frederick County fs.t May 9.th 1765 Then Came before me the Subscriber one of his Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court Jonathan Willson and Acknowledged the Within Deed to be his Act and Deed and that the Land and Premisses therein Mentioned is the Right and Estate of the within named William Willson according to the true intent and meaning of the within Conveyance John Darnall Received the 9.th October 1765 of William Willson Thirteen Shillings and eight Pence Sterling for the Use of Lord Baltimore being the Alienation Fine on the Within Lands and by Virtue of a Commission from Edward Lloyd Esq.r his said Lordships Agent and Receiver General 7 Sides John Davidson Recorded 9.th Octob.r 1765 Examined To all People to Whom these Presents shall come William Forrest of Prince Georges County in the Province of Maryland Planter Sendeth Greeting Whereas a certain Samuel Duvall sen.r late of Prince Georges County deceased did by his last Will and Testament in writing among other Things give and devise unto his Daughter Lucy Forrest one hundred Acres of Land (described at large in the said last Will and Testament as by the said last Will and Testament now remaining upon Record in the Prerogative Office of the said Province Referrence being thereunto had will more fully and at large appear) for and during the natural Life of the said Lucy Forrest and after her Death to her Daughter Elizabeth and her Heirs and if the said Elizabeth Should die without Issue (then) |
