          On the Back of the Aforegoing Deed was thus Written viz.t

       Reced on the day and year first within Written of and from the within named
       Thomas Cockey the sum of three hundred and fifty Pounds being the consideration
       Money within mentioned to be by him paid to us                                                    her

       On the twentieth day of September 1765 Came before me the Subscriber
       one of his Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court of Maryland the within
       named Thomas Ellidge and Elizabeth his Wife William Yates and Ann his
       Wife Francis Thornbury and Samuel Norwood and severally acknowledged
       the within Instrument of Writing to be their respective Act and Deed
       to and for the uses Intents and Purposes within mentioned and the Lands
       and Premisses therein mentioned and thereby granted bargained and
       sold or meant and intended so to be to be the Right and Estate of the
       Within named Thomas Cockey his Heirs and Assigns according to the true
       intent and Meaning of the same deed At the same time the time Elizabeth
       and Ann being by me seperately and privately examined a part from
       and out of the hearing of their respective acknowledgments aforesaid
       and relinquished their respective Rights and titles of and in
       the same land and premisses willingly and freely and without being
       induced thereto by fears or threats of or ill usage by their respective
       Husbands aforesaid or fear of their displeasure according to the Act
       of Assembly in such Case lately made and provided

Ex.d This Indenture made this Twenty Sixth Day of August in the
       Year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and sixty five  Between
       Nathanel Talbott of Prince Georges County in the Province of Maryland
       Planter of the one part and Thomas Robbins of the aforesaid County &
       province Planter of the other Part Witnesseth that the said Nathanel
       Talbott for & in Consideration of the sum of Five shillings Current Money
       to him the said Nathaniel Talbott in hand paid by the said Thomas
       Robbins the Receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath Given
       Granted Bargaind & sold Aliened Enfeoffed & Confirm'd and by these
       presents doth Give Grant Bargain & Sell Alien Enfeoff & Confirm
       unto him the said Thomas Robbins his Heirs and Assigns forever all his
