558 to one Hundred & Seventy Three Acres (Equal to her Sister Eliz.th Greenfields Share of the Same made over to the s.d Francis King his Heires & Assignes by Deed bearing date Equall w.th these presents and now in possession of s.d Francis King) with all the Dwelling houses outhouses orchards Gardens Improvements Advantages & Appurtenances to s.d moiety respectively belong.g or in anywise appertaining To have & To Hold the s.d Moiety Dividend & Share of s.d Three hundred & forty six acres Being part of Piscattoway Forrest now in Possession of s.d Francis King w.th all & singular the Respective appurtenances unto the s.d Francis King his heires & Assignes for ever and to his and there own proper Use & behoof and ^the^ s.d Mary Parker Doth further promise and Agree w.th the s.d Francis King his heires & Assignes That she hath in her good Right & Lawfull Authority to Convey and make Over In Fee Simple her moiety in right of Remainder of s.d Part or Parcell of Land w.th its Respective Appurtenances to the s.d Francis King his heires & Assignes & that the s.d Francis King his heires & Assignes may Peaceably & Quietly the s.d Part or Parcell of Land w.th its Respective Appurtenances free from all Lawsuits Eviction or Disturbance whatsoever from her the s.d Mary Parker his heirs & Assignes and that She the s.d Mary Parker the same will Defend and Warrant to the said Francis King her heires & Assignes Against Herself her Heires & Assignes & all and Every Person or Persons Claiming From by or under her Them or any of them And doth Further Promise Covenant and Agree for herself and her heires w.th the s.d Francis King his heires & Assignes that she will at any time for ever Hereafter Execute Seal & Acknowledge any other deed or Instrument of writing agreeable to the Tenor & purport of this deed to the s.d Francis King his heires and ^or^ assignes for the more sure Perfect & Absolute making over & Confirming the moiety of s.d Land w.th its respective appurtenances in Fee Simple unto the s.d Francis King his heires or Assignes such as by him or those Claiming under him shall Reasonably be devised advised or required In Witness whereof the s.d Mary Parker hath hereunto set her hand & seal the day and year above written Signed sealed & Delivered In presence of us Mary Parker Seal Geo Gordon David Crawfurd on the Back of the Aforegoing deed was thus Written Viz.t Prince Georges County fs.t 26.th Day of April 1765 Received of Francis King the sum of Eighty Six Pounds Ten Shillg.s Sterling the Consideration (within) |
