Said Richard Henderson his Heirs and Assigns shall be dispossessed by Law of the Tract of Land afd In Witness Whereof they have hereunto affixed their hands and seals the day and Year above Written her Lucy L W Watson s Sealed & delivered in the Prence of The Word mark (that) between the 25.th & line the 26.th & the John Watson s Word (her) between 42 and 43.d Line being first interlined & having before been duly Stamped Jn.o Cooke and Jos Beall Received on the sixth day of August Anno Domini One Thousand seven hundred and Sixty Three of the named Richard Henderson Thirty Pounds Currency being the Consideration within Mentioned her Lucy L W Watson mark Witness Jn.o Cooke John Watson Jos Beall Be it remembered that on the Sixth day of August Anno Domini One thousand seven hundred and sixty three before us the subscribers two of his Lordships Justices for Prince Georges County Personally appeared the within named Lucy Watson and John Watson partys to the within Instrument of Writing and Acknowledged the same to be their and each of their Act and Acts Deed and Deeds and the Land & Premisses therein Mentioned to be the Right and Estate of the within named Richard Henderson his heirs and Assigns for ever according to the true intent and meaning of the same Deed and the Act of Assembly in that Case made and Provided John Cooke and Jos Beale August 16.th 1763 Received of M.r Richard Henderson One shilling and six pence half penny sterling for the Use of the Lord Baltimore being the Alienation Fine in the within Thirty eight Acres of Land by Virtue of a Commission from Edward Lloyd Esq.r his said Lordships Agent & receiver General Benj.a Beall Recorded the 17.th August 1763 18 s.d Ex.d To all to whom these presents shall come I sir Matthew Blakiston Knight Lord Mayor of the City of London In Pursuance of an Act of Parliament made and passed in the fifth Year of the Reign of his late Majesty King George the second Intituled an Act for the more easy recovery of Debts in his Majestys Plantation |
