          November the 11.th 1764   Then came Jonathan Maclaughlin and Acknowledged
       the within Instrument of Writing as his Act and Deed and the Land and
       Premises with the Appurtenances therein contained to be the Right and Estate
       of the within named Charles Hammond Jun.r his Heirs and Assigns forever
       According to the true intent and meaning of the said Deed and the Act of
       Assembly in such Cases made and Provided   And at the same time Ann the
       Wife of the said Jonathan being Privately examined out of the hearing of
       her said Husband declared that she willingly and freely gave up all her
       Right Title and Interest of in and to the said Land and Premises unto him the
       said Charles Hammond Jun.r his Heirs and Assigns forever without any fear
       of the Threats or Displeasure of her said Husband before us two of his Lordships
       Justices for Ann Arundel County Court the day and Year first above

       for the use of the Lord Baltimore being the Alienation fine on the within Land by Virtue

Ex.d   Know all Men by these Presents that We Charles Goldsborough Edward Lloyd and
       John Ross Esq.rs are held and firmly bound unto the Right Honourable the Lord proprietary
       and his Successors in the full and just sum of Three thousand Pounds Current
       Money of Maryland to be Paid unto the said Lord proprietary or his Successors
       to the which Payment well and Truly to be made and Done We bind Ourselves
       our Heirs Executors and Administrators firmly by these Presents Sealed
