420 Stoutt for and in Consideration of the sum of Two hundred Pounds Current Money to them in hand Paid by the said Andrew Pearce at or before the Sealing and Delivery of these Presents the receipt whereof us hereby Acknowledged and for the Docking Barring and extinguishing all Estates Tail and all Reversions and Remainders thereupon expectant or Depending of and in the Lands Tenements and Hereditaments herein after mentioned they the said Ezekiel Bowden and Ruth his Wife and Rebecca Stout by and with the Advice and Consent of the said Benjamin Rumsey testifyed by his being a Party to and his sealing and executing these Presents have Granted Bargained Sold aliened remised released enfeoffed and Confirmed and by these Presents do Grant Bargain Sell and Confirm Alien remise release ^enfeoffe^ and Confirm unto him the said Andrew Pearce (in his Actual Possession now being by virtue of a Bargain and Sale to him thereof made bearing date the day next before the day of the Date of these Presents for one whole Year Commencing from the day next before the day of the Date thereof and by force of the Statute for Transferring Uses into Possession his Heirs and Assigns one Moiety or half Part of a Tract or Parcell of Land lying and being in Cecil County aforesaid called Brownings Neglect containing four hundred and eighty two Acres of Land together with all Edifices Buildings Gardens Commodities Improvements Advantages and Appurtenances whatsoever to the same Land belonging or in any wise Appearing Appurtaining and the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues and Profitts thereof and also all the Estate Right Title Interest use Trust Property Claim and Demand whatsoever of them the same Ezekiel Bowden and Ruth his Wife and Rebecca Stout of into or out of the Moiety or half Part of the Tract of Land aforesaid and every Part thereof To have and to hold the Moiety or half Part of the Tract of Land aforesaid and every Part thereof with the Appurtenances to him the said Andrew Pearce his Heirs and Assigns to the intent and Purpose that the said Andrew may be and become Perfect Tenant of the Freehold and Inheritance (of |
