       at or before the first day of April next according to the Condition or Proviso aforesaid
       In Witness whereof the Parties to these presents have here unto interchangeably set
       their hands and affixed their seals the day and Year first above written

             On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Written to Wit

       March 16.th 1763   Recevd of M.r Thomas Richardson One hundred & Twenty
       four Pounds ten shillings and four Pence Sterling and thirteen pounds twelve
       shillings and six pence Current Money being the Consideration within Mentioned
       to be by him paid to me         I say receivd by

       On the 16th day of March 1763   Came before us the subscribers two of his
       Lordships Justices of the Peace for Frederick County the within named Archibald
       Macnabb and Acknowledged the within Instrument of Writing to be his Act & Deed
       and the Land and Premisses therein mentioned to be the Right and Estate of the
       within named Thomas Richardson his Heirs and Assigns according to the true
       Intent and Meaning of the within Deed and the Act of Assembly in such Case
       made and Provided         Before                                 Tho.s Norris

                      Recorded the 27.th July 1763

Ex.d  This Indenture made the twelfth day of July in the Year of our
       Lord Christ One thousand seven hundred & sixty three Between Henry
       Greenfield Sothoron of Saint Marys County in the Province of Maryland Son and
       Heir at Law of Mary Sothoron formerly Mary Jowles which said Mary Jowles was
       the Daughter & heiress of Henry Jowles late of Saint Marys County in the Province aforesaid
       which said Henry was the Brother of the whole Blood & Heirs at Law of Rebecca
       Moreland formerly Rebecca Jowles which said Rebecca was the Daughter and
       Devisee of Henry Jowles of the Province aforesaid ^the Patentee of a Tract of Land Called the Grange of the one Part and Richard Henderson of Prince Georges County in the Province aforesaid^ of the other part Witnesseth
