321. On the back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Written Viz.t Received on the day and Year first within Written of and from the within named William Reynolds the sum of Five shillings Current Money being the Consideration Money within mentioned to be by him Paid to me Witness I say received by me R Alexander Geo Fraser Ja.s Brice On the third day of May 1764 Came before me ^the Subscriber^ one of his Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court the within named George Frazier William Reynolds and John Rogers and did Severally Acknowledge the within Instrument of Writing to be their Respective Act and Deed to and for the Uses intents and Purposes within mentioned and the Tract of Land and Premisses within mentioned to be the Right Title and Estate of him the said George Frazier his Heirs and Assigns forever According to the True intent and Meaning of the same Deed and the Act of Assembly in such Case made and Provided B Hands Recorded the 3.d May 1764 10 1/2 s.d Ex.d This Indenture made the Eleventh day of April in the Year of our Lord One Thousand seven hundred and sixty four Between James Holliday of Queen Anns County and Province aforesaid Planter of the second Part and Nicholas Thomas of Talbot County in the Province af.d Gentleman of the third Part Whereas the said Nicholas Thomas did at the Provincial Court held at Annapolis on the second of this Instant April upon a Writ of entry Sur Disseisin enlepost before the Justices of the same Court (recover |
