194.

       said Benjamin Beall Shall be again Seized in fee and possessed of the Lands afores.d
       with the Premises and Appurtenances but If default shall be made in the payment of the s.d     
       sum of Two hundred and seventy pounds seventeen shillings and six pence with legal
       Interest for the same from and after the Ninth day of December next ensuing on or
       before the first day of January in the Year of our Lord seventeen hundred and sixty seven
       then the said Benjamin Beall doth hereby Constitute and appoint Richard Henderson
       or in Case of his decease the Attorney in Fact of the said John Glasford and Comp.a
       in Maryland for the Time being irrevocable his true and Lawfull Attorney to sell
       and dispose of the said Mortgaged Lands and Premises by Public sale to the highest
       Bidder and the Money arising by such sale to be applied to the payment of the aforesaid
       sum of Money with Legal Interest thereon as aforesaid rendering to the said Benjamin Beall
       his Executors or Assigns the Overplus arising from such sale If there shall be any hereby
       Ratifying and Confirming all and whatsoever his said Attorney shall do or Cause to be
       done in the Premises as fully and amply to all Intents and purposes as though the said
       Benjamin Beall was Personally Present doing the same and the said Benjamin
       Beall for himself and his heirs further Covenants and agree to and with the said
       John Glasford and Company their heirs and Assigns that he the said Benjamin
       Beall and his heirs shall and will make over assure and Convey the afd Lands
       and Premises with a General Warrantee therein Contained to such Person or
       Persons who shall become Purchaser or Purchasers by bidding most for the said Land
       and Premises at such Public sale when thereunto required by such Purchaser or
       Purchasors And the said Benjamin Beall doth further Covenant and agree to
       and with the said John Glassford ^& Comp.a^ that in Case the Money which shall or may
       arise on the sale of the Premises shall fall short of the sum of Money afores.d and
       Interest thereon that then and in such Case the said Benjamin Beall his heirs
       Executors and Administrators shall and will pay and satisfy unto the said
       John Glassford & Company their Attorney Executors Administrators or
       Assigns such sum of Money as the sum which shall or may arise from
