157. Macsherry his heirs and Assigns Shall and may at all Times hereafter Peaceably Have hold Occupy Possess and enjoy all and singular the said Land and Premisses abovementioned with the Appurtenances without the let suit Trouble Interruption or Denial of them the said Edward William & Henry Digges or their Assigns or other Pson or Psons Claiming by from or under them or any of them and freed and discharged of all former and other Gifts Grants Bargains Sales or any other Matter or things Whatsoever had made or suffered to Alter or Change the property thereof The rents and Services which now are or hereafter shall come due and payable to the Chief Lord of the Fee of whom the Premisses are holden only excepted and foreprised In Witness whereof the said Edward William & Henry Digges have hereunto set their hands and seals the day & Year above Written Signed Sealed and Delivered The Words one hundred and fifty on the Ninth Line One in the presence of hundred and Fifty in the Eleventh Line and without the in the fourteenth line being interlined before Executed J Hepburn David Craufurd Edw.d Digges s Will.m Digges Jun.r s H Digges s On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Written Viz Received the day and year within Written of Patrick Macsherry One hundred and Fifty Pounds being the Consideration within Mentioned as Witness our hands the day and date aforesaid Edw.d Digges Witness J Hepburn Will.m Digges Jun.r H Digges Memorandum on the day and Year within written Edward Digges William Digges & Henry Digges Acknowledged the within Instrument to be their Act and Deed and the Land and Premises therein mentioned to be the Right of the within named Patrick Macsherry his heirs and Assigns for ever before J Hepburn Received |
