       their heirs and Assigns for ever according to the form and Effect of the Same Deed And I do
       hereby Certify that immediately before taking the Same Acknowledgement I did privately
       Examine the Said Rebecca apart from and out of the hearing of her said husband and that
       She did then declare & Assert that She would make the Acknowledgment of the same Deed
       Willingly and freely and without being induced thereto by fear or threats or of Ill Usage
       by her Husband aforesaid or fear of his Displeasure   In Testimony whereof
       I have hereunto Sett my hand & Affixed my Seal the day & Year above Written

                                              To all to whom these presents shall come
       I James Hamilton Esquire Lieutenant Governor of the province of Pennsylvania &
       do hereby Certify that William Coleman Esq.r before whom the above Acknowledgment
       was made now is and at the Time of making the Said Acknowledgment was one of
       his Majestys Justices of the Supream Court of the province of Pennsylvania in due
       and legal Manner commissioned authorized and qualified   In Witness whereof
       I have hereunto set my hand and Caused the Great Seal of the said Province to be
       Affixed this thirty first day of May   Anno Domini One thousand
       Seven hundred & Sixty three

             On the Back of said Deed was thus Written

       Know All Men by these Presents that I the within Named John Cox  
       have Nominated and Appointed Thomas Ringgold of New Town in Kent County
       in the Province of Maryland Esq.r to be my lawful Attorney for me and in my name
       and stead to acknowledge the within written Indenture to be my Act and Deed
       before one of the Justices of the Provincial Court of the Said Province of Maryland
       according to Law   In Witness whereof I have hereunto Set my hand and
       Seal the thirty first day of May in the Year of our Lord One thousand seven
