107. Maryland Saint Marys County September 19th 1763 Came before us the subscribers two of his Lordships Justices for the County aforesaid the within named George Maxwell who Acknowledged the within and foregoing Instrument of Writing to be his Act and the Lands and Premisses therein Contained to be the Right and Estate of the within named Kenelm Truman Greenfield his heirs and Assigns for ever Taken and Acknowledged According to Law the day and Year aforesaid Before us Tho.s Greenfield Mev.l Lock Maryland s.ct September 19th 1763 then received of Kenelm Truman Greenfield three Hundred and fifty Pounds Sterling Lawful Money of Great Britain with legal Interest thereon as well as five shillings Current Money it being the Consideration Money within Mentioned as Witness my hand the day and year aforesaid George Maxwell Witness Tho.s Greenfield Mev.l Lock Recorded the 3.d of October 1763 12 s.d Ex.d This Indenture Made the third day of October Seventeen hundred and sixty three Between John Ilesselius of Ann Arundel County Limner of the one Part and Horatio Sharpe of the City of Annapolis Esquire of the other Part Witnesseth that the said John Ilesselius for and in Consideration of the sum of Five Shillings Sterling Money of Great Britain to him in hand paid by the said Horatio Sharpe at or before the sealing and delivery of these Presents the receipt whereof the said John Ilesselius Doth hereby Acknowledge and thereof and therefom and of ^and from^ every Part and Parcel thereof doth hereby acquit release Exonerate and discharge the said Horatio Sharpe his Executors Administrators and Assigns and every of them Hath Bargained and Sold and by these Presents Doth Bargain and Sell unto the said Horatio Sharpe All that Part or parcell |
