98) Late of Ann Arundel County in the Province of Maryland Gentleman deceased and one of the Executors and Devisees Named in his Last Will and Likewise Brother and Heir at Law to Ellen Noble who afterwards intermarried with William Fell of Baltimore County in the same Province of Maryland and Since deceased for diverse good Causes and valuable Considerations me thereunto specially moving Have made ordained nominated constituted and appointed and by these Presents do make ordain nominate constitute and appoint and in my place and stead put and depute my trusty Friend Francis Hatfield of Bladensburg Potomack River in the Province of Maryland aforesaid my true and Lawfull Attorney for me and in my name place and stead and for my use to ask demand sue for Levy recover and receive all and every Such Sum and Sums of Money Rents and Arrears of Rent Goods Wares Merchandize Legacies Bequests Debts Dues and Demands whatsoever as now are or at any time or times hereafter shall or may by any Manner of Ways or Means whatsoever become due grow Owing or payable unto me and detained from ^me^ by any Person or Persons within the Province of Maryland afs.d and more Perticularly and especially out of and from the Estate and Effects of the Late Thomas Wainwright and and Ellen Noble afterwards Fell above mentioned and from the Person or Persons who now are or have been in Possession thereof giving and by these Presents granting unto my Said Attorney full power and Lawfull Authority for me and in my Name and Stead to be and appear before any Judges Speritual or Temporal or any other of (his) |
