       Uses to hold and Keep Giving and by these Presents Granting
       to our and each and every of our Said Attorneys full power for
       use ^us^ and in our and each and every of our Name and Names to
       Commence Sue implead and Presents ^Prosecute^ any Action or Actions Suit
       or Suits whatsoever in any Court ^or Courts^ whatsoever against the
       Occupiers of the Said Lands and Plantations and against all and
       every Other Person and Persons whatsoever for and Concerning the
       wrongfully withholding and Detaining the Said Lands & Plantations
       or any part thereof And the Said Suit and Suits for us And in our
       and each and every of our Name and Names to Presents ^Prosecute^ and follows
       and in our and each and every of our Right to Proceed to Try all and
       to do all other Lawfull Acts and things for the Recovery of the Said
       Premisses and every part thereof and as fully and Effectually as
       we each and every of our Selves could or might do Tif we were personally
       Present And that us ^we^ the Said Nicholas Wolters and Mary his
       Wife and Sarah Andrews for our and each and every of our
       heirs Ex.rs and Adm.rs do and each and every of us doth
       Covenant to and with the Said Richard Lovering and Thomas
       Lovering that we and each and every of us will from time to time
       and at all times hereafter our ^Above^ Justifye all and every Lawfull
       action and Actions Suit and Suits whatsoever to be commenced
       Land had and taken for us and in our and each and every of our Name
       and Names for or Concerning the Said Lands or Plantations
       in Manner aforesaid And that we the Said Nicholas Walters
       and Mary his Wife and Sarah Andrews or any or either
       of us or ^our or^ any of our heirs Ex.ors or assigns shall not nor
       will at any time or times hereafter Release any Action
       or Actions Suit or Suits Commenced or to be Commenced
