413 Other part Witnesseth that the said Joseph Ensor for and in Consideration of the sum of one hundred and twenty pounds Sterling money of Great Britain to him in hand paid by the said James Maccubbin at or before the Ensealing and Delivery of these presents the receipt whereof the said Joseph Ensor doth hereby Acknowledge and Absolutely Acquit Exonerate and Discharge the said James Maccubbin his heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns he the said Joseph Ensor hath granted Bargained and sold aliened Enfeoffed and Confirmed and by these presents doth grant Bargain Sell Alien Enfeoff and Confirm to the said James Maccubbin his heirs and Assigns for Ever all that Tract or parcell of Land Lying and being in Baltimore County near Baltimore Town Called Ensors Inspection Granted the said Joseph Ensor by patent on or about the ninth day of September seventeen hundred and fifty four Beginning at the End of Twenty Seven perches on the north one hundred and fifty six perches Line of the Land Called Darby Hall which is now in the Possession of John Ensor Son and running thence north forty Eight Degrees west ninety perches north north west forty Eight perches north west fifty perches north East two hundred and seventy six perches south twenty seven Degrees west one hundred and forty perches south seven Degrees west ninety five perches and then with a streight Line to the place of Begining ^Containing^ and now Laid out for one hundred and twenty one Acres of Land more or Less and also one Lott of Ground Lying and being in the Addition to Baltimore Town in Baltimore County aforesaid known or Distinguished by the Number sixty four which said Lott Number sixty four was sold and Conveyed the said Joseph Ensor by a Certain Nicholas Ruxton Gay of Baltimore Town (af.d) |
