       Covenant granted Concluded agreed and Declared by and Between
       all and every the said Parties to these Presents the true intent and
       meaning of the Parties to these Presents is that from and Immediately
       after the said Common Recovery or Recoveries Shall be had Prosecuted
       and Suffered as aforesaid of the Said Premisses the said Recovery
       or Recoveries shall be and Enure and shall be Construed Esteemed
       adjudged and taken to be and Enure and are hereby Declared
       to have been intended to be and Enure that the Said Benjamin
       Beall and all and every other Person and Persons which Shall
       be Seized of the Premisses are ^or^ any Part thereof by force or Virtue of
       the Said Common recovery or Recoveries Shall Stand and be Seized
       thereof and of every ^Part and^ Parcel thereof all with their and every of their
       appurtenances to the only use and behoof of the Said John Brice
       his heirs and assigns for ever and to no other use intent or Purpose
       Whatsoever Provided always and it is the true Intent and me
       meaning of these Presents and the Parties to the Same that in
       Case the Said Charles Homwood shall well and truly Pay
       or Cause to be paid unto the aforesaid John Brice his heirs
       or Assigns the aforesaid one thousand Pounds Current Money
       with Legal Interest for the Same at or upon the tenth Day
       of May which Shall be in the year of our Lord one thousand
       Seven hundred Sixty and one together with Such Sum or Sums
       of Money as the Said John Brice hath already advanced or
       Shall hereafter advance and Pay for the Said Charles
       Homwood with Legal Interest on the Said Sums so advanced
       or Shall hereafter advance and Pay for the Said Charles
       Homwood then immediat^e^ley after Such Payment the use
       herein before Declared for the Said John Brice his heirs
       and assigns shall cease and Determine and the said Recovery
       or recoveries Shall be and Enure and Shall be Construed and
       and esteemed adjudged and taken to be and Enure and are
