       aforesaid butted and bounded as followeth that is to say Beginning
       at a Neck Called Beaver Dam Neck right against Thomas
       Boales Clear Ground running thence right across to the Neck to the Middle
       of of the neck then with a Line Drawn streight by a Swamp
       Called the Round Swamp untill it intersects the Long Line of William
       Guither Land which Said Parcell of Land was formerly in the
       Possession of Richard Griffin and Contains by estimation one
       one hundred and fifty Acres of Land more or or less and the Reversion
       and Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues and
       Profits thereof and of every Part and Parcell thereof To Have
       And To Hold the aforesaid Parcell of Land and Premisses with
       the Appurtenances unto him the said Thomas Griffin his Executors
       Administrators and assigns from the day next before the Date
       of these Presents untill the full end and Term of Whole year
       from thence next ensu^e^ing fully to be compleat and ended to the
       intent and Purpose that the Said Thomas Griffin may be in
       the Actual Possession of the hereby bargained and Sold Land and
       Premisses with the Appurtenances and may hereby and by force
       of the Statue of uses be Enabled to take a Grant and Release
       of the Reversion and Inheritance of the Same Land and
       Premisses to him and his heirs to such uses intents and
       Purposes as shall be therein specified and Declared In Witness
       whereof the Parties to these Presents have hereunto sett their hand and
       Seals the Day and year first above written
