280) Assigns for ever And Lastly the said Bartholomew Pomery and Joseph Janson do hereby Nominate Constitute and appoint Bryan Philpot Junior of Baltimore County Merchant their true and Lawful Attorney for them and in their name place and Stead to acknowledge these presents as their Act and Deed and the Tract or parcell of Land aforesaid with the Appurtenances abovementioned to be the Right and Estate of the Said William Parker his Heirs and Assigns for ever according to the Act of Assembly of the said Province in such Cases made and provided In Witness whereof the said Parties have hereunto Interchangeably Set their Hands and Seals the day and Year first above Written Sealed and delivered In the Presence of Barth Pomeroy seal Jos Richardson Alexander Scougall Jos.h Janson seal At the foot of the aforegoing Deed was thus Written to wit Received the day and Year first above written of the within named William Parker the Sum of Two hundred and Forty three pounds Sterling being the Consideration Money within mentioned to be paid to us we say Received by Witness Barth Pomeroy Jos Richardson Jos.h Janson Alexander Scougall Joseph Richardson one of the Subscribing Evidences to the above Deed Came before me one of his Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court this 11.th day of August 1758 and made (Oath) |
