258) Entry Sur Disseizin in le post returnable to the same Term did Demand against the Said Richard Hutton the said Premisses with their Appurtenances whereupon it was so proceeded that a Common Recovery was had and perfected of the Said Premisses with their Appurtenances as by the Records thereof remaining in the said Court may more at large Appear Now this Indenture Witnesseth that it was the True Intent and Meaning of the Several Parties to the Said Recovery and it is hereby declared by the said Samuel Warren Samuel Wilson and Richard Hutton and each of them to be their true Intent and Meaning that the Said Recovery of the Said Premisses with their Appurtenances Shall be and Enure to and for the Use of the Said Richard Hutton his Heirs and Assigns for ever and no other use or purpose whatsoever and the said Samuel Warren and Samuel Wilson and each of them for the more Effectual Assuring the Premisses with their Appurtenances to the Said Richard Hutton his Heirs and Assigns for ever and also for and in Consideration of the Sum of five shillings to each of them paid by the said Richard Hutton the Receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have and each of them hath Bargained and Sold and by these presents do bargain and Sell unto the said Richard Hutton his Heirs and Assigns the Premisses aforesaid with their Appurtenances To have and to hold the same unto the said Richard Hutton his Heirs and Assigns for ever To the use of the said Richard Hutton his Heirs and Assigns forever and no other use or purpose whatever (In) |
