239) to a marked Pock hiccory bounded on the South by a line drawn East from the said Pock hiccory three hundred and twenty Perches on the East by a line drawn North from the End of the East line fifty perches on the North by Snaggs line three hundred and twenty perches on the West by Wrights Land then from Wrights Eastermost Bound Tree by a line drawn south one hundred perches to a Marked Oak bounded on the South by a line drawn East from the Said Oak three hundred and twenty perches on the East by a line drawn North from the End of the East line fifty perches untill it intersects a paralel with the forenamed Land on the North by the Said Land and paralel on the West by Wrights Land Containing three hundred Acres And also all other the Lands which were late in the Possession and Occupation of Philip Emerson adjoining to the Said Lands Called Harwoods Lyon and Whetstone with their and each of their Appurtenances in Talbot County aforesaid and by him the Said Philip Emerson Gentleman deceased devised to Elizabeth Tripp as in and by the said Philip Emersons Will remaining amongst the Records and Proceedings of the Commissary's Court of this Province reference being thereto had will more fully appear All which Lands now in them the Said James Johnson and Thomas Brousters Actual Possession being by virtue of an Execution of a Certain Recovery had at Annapolis in May Term last past for all the said Lands and Primisses In which said Recovery the Said George Maxwell and Elizabeth his Wife and the aforesaid James Johnson and Thomas Brouster were parties |
