182) The parties ^to^ of these presents that whatsoever Common Recovery or Recoveries is are or shall be had & suffered During the next or any other Subsequent Provincial Term Shall be Deemed Construed and taken to be and enure to and for the use behoof of a certain William Jones of the County and Province afs.d his heirs & assigns & to no other Intent or purpose whatsoever In Witness whereof the Parties to these Presents have hereunto set their hands and Seals the Day and year first above Written Signed Sealed & Delivered Joseph Dunbarr Seal in the Presence of us Samuel Howard John Hall Seal On the back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Indorst Viz.t Sep.t 13 1757 Then came before the Subscriber one of his Lordships Justices's of the peace for the Provincial Court the within named Joseph Dunbar and Acknowledged the within Instrument of Writing to be his Act and Deed and the Land & Premisses therein Specified to be the ^Right^ rents and Estate of the within named John Hall his heirs and assigns According to the Intent and meaning thereof Jn.o Brice 7 sides Recorded the 7th day of November 1757 |
