582) called the north Addition of Doe Park and part of another Tract called Doe Park and part also of another Tract called the Addition Beginning at a Scrub white Oak Standing in the given line of the Tract called the ^North^ addition of Doe park North Forty eight degrees West one hundred perches from the Original Beginning of the said Land running thence South twenty seven degrees west one hundred and sixteen perches North Seventy Five Degrees West sixty two perches North West one hundred and Forty Perches North Sixty perches North Eleven Degrees East forty Perches North Fifty one degrees East forty Perches North Seventy degrees East thirteen Perches then with a Streight line to the Beginning tree containing one hundred and Sixty eight acres of Land with the appurtenances thereunto belonging and the Revertion and Revertions Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues and Profits of the said Lands Tenements Hereditaments and Premisses with their and every of their appurtenances and all the Right present and future and all the Estate Title Interest Use Trust property Possession Claim and Demand whatsoever both at Law and in Equity of them the said Thomas Standage and Margaret his Wife of in and to the said Land Tenements Hereditaments and Premisses or any part thereof and all Deeds Writings Evidences concerning the said Premisses or any part thereof To have and to hold the said Land Tenements and Premisses hereby granted and released or mentioned or intended so to be without their and every of their appurtenances unto the said William Tippett his Heirs & assigns ^to and for the Use and behooffe of the said William Tippett his Heirs and Assignes^ forever to the intent and purpose that he the said George Luxford may be perfect Tenant of the Freehold of the said Premisses that a Common Recovery may be had and suffered against him in Such manner as is herein after mentioned and for that Purpose it is covenanted and agreed by and between ^all^ the said Parties to these Presents that before the End of Next Term or Some other ensuing Term at the Cost and Charges of the said Thomas Standage and Marg^tt^ his Wife one or more Writs of Entry Sur Disseisin en le post Shall and may be brought commenced and prosecuted out of his Lordships High Court of Chancery returnable and to be returned before his Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court at Annapolis in the Name of the same William Tippett as Demandant against the said George Luxford as Tenant whereby the said William Tippett shall demand against the said George Luxford the Lands Tenements Hereditaments and Premisses herein before granted or released or intended so to be with their and every of their appurtenances by Such Apt and Convenient Names and Descriptions as shall be thought proper to ascertain the same to which said Writ the said George Luxford shall apper Gratis in his own proper Person or by his Attorney lawfully Authorized and shall Vouch to Warrant the same Premisses to the said William Tippett who Shall likewise appear either in his proper person or by his Attorney ^lawfully^ Authorized and Enter into the said Warranty and vouch over to Warrant the same Premisses the Common Vouchee of the same |
