       and Assigns for Ever and to or for no other use intent or purpose Whatsoever

       Senior of S.t Marys County in the Province of Maryland Planter and Rebecca
       his Wife and George Noe jun of the said County and Province Planter
       Son and heir of them the said George Noe Senior and Rebecca his
       Wife of the one part and John Chesley of the same County and
