455) Ex.d Maryland fs.t To all People to whom these Presents shall come Know Ye that I Edward Dorsey of Ann Arundel County for and in Consideration of the full and just sum of Ten Pounds Sterling Money of Great Britain to me in hand paid by Edward Dorsey Jun.r the Receipt whereof I do hereby Acknowledge and do by these Presents Give Grant and Confirm unto my son Edward Dorsey his heirs and Assigns for ever a Parcell of Land lying in Baltimore County being part of a Tract of Land Called Belley Ack Thickett Beginning for the said Land at the end of the first Course of the said Tract and running thence South Nine Degrees East Twenty Perches thence North Seventy Eight degrees East Sixty four Perches thence North forty degrees East fifty four Perches thence South Twenty four degrees East Twelve Perches thence south fifty two degrees East sixty Perches thence south Twenty eight degrees west Eighty Perches thence North sixty nine degrees West Seventy Perches thence South Thirty eight degrees West sixty two Perches thence south eleven degrees West One hundred forty four Perches thence West Twenty six Perches thence North Thirty degrees West Fifty four Perches thence North seventy three degrees East Twenty Eight Perches thence North Thirty degrees West Twenty six Perches thence South Twenty three degrees West Twenty Eight Perches thence North Eighty degrees West Twenty two Perches thence North Twenty degrees East Seventy Eight Perches thence North Seventy five degrees West thirty two Perches thence south thirty two degrees West Sixty Perches thence North forty five degrees West twelve Perches thence North four and a half degrees East thirty Eight Perches thence North forty five degrees West thirty Perches thence North Sixty Six degrees East One hundred Eighty and five Perches to the Beginning Containing and laid out for Two hundred Acres of Land more or less Warrenting the said Land and all the Imparlances thereunto belonging unto my said Son Edward Dorsey his heirs and Assigns for Ever from all Persone or Persones whatsoever In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this Twenty sixth day of March Anno Domini 1754 Edw.d Dorsey seal Signed Sealed & Delivered in Presence of Alex.r Warfield John Howard On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Endorsed Viz.t On the Twenty sixth day of March 1754 Came M.r Edward Dorsey Sen.r before us two of his Lordships Justices of the Peace for Ann.ll County and Acknowledged the within Deed And the Land therein Mentioned to be the Right and Estate of the within named Edward Dorsey Jun.r his heirs and Assigns for ever and according to the Act of Assembly in that case made and Provided And the same day came Sarah Dorsey the Wife of the afs.d Edward Dorsey and being Privately Examined According to Law Acknowledged her Right of Dower to the within (Mentioned) |
